Whoever is in charge of making appointments for this place is horribly incompetent. My fiance made an appointment with them. When he showed up, they told him that his appointment was supposed to be two weeks later, despite them not mentioning this to him when he made the initial appointment. On the day of, we left for the appointment and he called ahead to confirm. They told him that his appointment had been at 8 am that day, not at 3 pm like they originally told us (of course, they did not bother calling to confirm the day before). We rescheduled for the following week. They called less than a week later, telling him that it would be another week and a half before he could be seen. We will be taking our business elsewhere. A person's mental health (and time!) is not something to be played around with. This office is the antithesis of professionalism.
