My wife and I didn't have a lot of time on our hands to purchase a vehicle and go through the looking phase. They made it a very easy process (and I have seen a lot of processes). Chad Stidham (Sales Manager), Tim Pearce (Sales Consultant), and Bill Strickland (Business Manager) were very respectful. They bent over backwards to please us and returned every single phone call (which is important to me). In return, they deserve respect back. Don't get me wrong, price is a factor. On the other hand it's really not, because I will buy from who I like the most. We could have purchased the same type vehicle 1 hour away from where we live. Instead, we chose Fikes Chevrolet 3.5 hours from our driveway because I LIKED THEM and I felt OBLIGATED. Thanks guys for caring and wanting our business. One of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership! Tim was a fabulous salesman and Bill was a outstanding finance manager. They made it easy from start to finish even stayed late for us to come pick up our new 2017 Silverado. We will definitely tell all our friends and family to buy from fikes!
